Wow, I took a picture of my my home scanned it in and with hundreds of plant varieties I designed what I thought would be great for our home. It was simple and quick to use. The realism was unbelievable with crisp images and realistic lighting and shading. My wife loved the growth feature that let us see what the landscape will look like in years to come.
The video tutorial feature is amazing and will help anyone get started designing quickly.

It made my backyard & deck design easier to visualize. I put a picture of our house in the program then drew a new deck. I also added plants and other landscaping ideas to see how they looked. I hadn’t used the computer to do stuff like this before and I didn’t have much trouble figuring it out.

You’ll need to invest a few hours to make this program function as it is designed. A thick manual included but trial and error will get you to where you want to be. Not for the computer newbies (if there are people out there like that).

This is the absolute world’s worst design program. It is difficult to use and contains no wizards…It is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced on software. Do not purchase this garbage.

I read and ignored the reviews bashing this product, but bought it anyway. I figured that all I had to do was read the instructions. The instruction manual is 2 inches thick, but I went through the important part for me, landscaping. Then the software was not very easy, though not very hard. But. There are no labels on the plants. When you click one, you don’t know if it is a Sequoia or a fern. The other landscape design softwares are also rather simple minded. But for this kind of money and trouble, this should have been pretty and useful, but it was not that way for me.
